Tickets will be emailed to you upon completion of order. 

How to redeem tickets:

1. When you arrive at the museum, please present your tickets at the front desk. Your experience begins at 9 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m.
2. Protect your tickets. Only the first scan of the bar-coded ticket will allow admission. In the event that duplicate tickets are presented or a ticket has already been scanned, The Strong reserves the right to refuse entry. The Strong is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized duplication of tickets.
3. Tickets purchased online are not refundable and not eligible for any discounts.
4. Limited, free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the museum’s parking garage. The garage can be accessed from Howell Street on the south side of the museum.
