How to redeem tickets:
- When you arrive at the museum, please present your college ID and any bags to security. Then present your tickets at the front desk. Your experience begins at 8:30 p.m. and ends at midnight.
- Protect your tickets. Only the first scan of the bar-coded ticket will allow admission. In the event that duplicate tickets are presented or a ticket has already been scanned, The Strong reserves the right to refuse entry. The Strong is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized duplication of tickets.
- Tickets purchased online are not refundable, not eligible for any discounts, and must be used on November 8, 2019.
- This program is intended for college students only. College ID is required at Check-in.
- Limited, free parking is available for College Night on a first-come, first-served basis in the museum’s parking garage. The garage can be accessed from Howell Street on the south side of the museum.
