Woodbury School Study Day

Be immersed in a day of professional development and playful learning designed especially for preschool and kindergarten educators and administrators. Examine The Strong’s unique Woodbury School and consider how its play-based Reggio Emilia approach could be used in other settings. Observe and discuss practices and routines such as a story workshop and project work. Spend time with the museum’s teaching staff and learn about their image of children, the importance of indoor and outdoor environments, and the ways that they plan their negotiated, project-based curriculum. Enjoy exploration time in the museum’s interactive exhibits. Lunch is provided.
Registration and Fees
$149 (non-refundable) per person. Space is limited. Registration includes beverages and lunch. Check-in begins at 8:15 a.m. in the main lobby.
